White Bean and Roasted Garlic Puree with Olive Crostini

“I love the combination of beans, olives and garlic.”

This soup is a great follow-up to the appetizer, and a lovely lead-in to the delicious main course. The olives contrast the bean’s richness and roasted garlic ties it all in. Round the whole thing out with a pale ale, such as Great Lakes Devil’s Pale Ale.
